Environmental Petition

Post by Jacktheawesome » Sun May 20, 2012 6:22 pm

Hey, so part of my final biology project is to improve the environment, and influence other people in improving the environment. The best way I could think to do that, as I don't have enough time to organize a cleanup, is making a good old petition. Whitehouse.gov makes that easy. The hard part is getting 150 people to sign it, so it will actually go public. It would really really help if some of you guys who live in the US would read it and sign it.
Help me Obi-Wolfire Forums; you're my only hope!

...sorry.

I know man, I didn't really want to either. You could use a pseudonym. I think.

Hah. Yes. I only made it yesterday, and I only posted it on Reddit, here, Facebook, and Twitter today, so it hasn't got that much exposure yet, but yes. Ironic while it lasts.

You should start a petition to remove oxygen from our atmosphere!

Oxygen is a pollutant!

"Say NO to oxygen!"

Oh and I'm British. Sorry.

Well, you could try. I don't know, maybe it will accept it. After all, Korban signed it as Turok McCloud, who is a highlander, and has no national allegiance.

Wait, where'd you get Turok McCloud? His name was Connor MacLeod (Pronounced McCloud)! I was a bit confused there...

The irony here is he himself had an assumed name. Well, serveral actually.
He wasn't "A" highlander, he was "THE" highlander. He was from the highlands of Scotland. People were named after where they came from since they changed their names. Like the bad guy was called "The Kurgan". The immortals didn't really have a name as a whole.

Oh. Wow. I guess I've been ignorantly calling them all highlanders this whole time. It seems like that's what most people do, but you're totally right.
