I would say splinter cell conviction? Mostly stealth, but the fighting is awesome.

Most fighting games avalaible are old, but a game which has a large hand-to-hand fighting component would be Assassin's Creed.

Planetside 2 launches in just under 2 weeks.
Thousands of people actually cooperating to kick ass together, not bitching about stolen kills. There's some really awesome teak work in it. Couple videos of tank assaults and massive amounts of planes being flown together. It's pretty freakin awesome.

lol @ people who don't understand the term "fighting games" Planetside 2? Really? For me, the best Fighting game is probably Street Fighter III: 3S. It's just great, imo.

Gundam Wing: Endless Duel! Epyon is such a cheap character. Super move that fires homing energy bolts that REFILL the super bar so you can spam it and juggle the other player off the visible area of the arena. Hilarious game though.

Tekken 3. For the Playstation.

... I don't play many fighting games, but that one I remember was exceptionally fun.
It also had tons of secrets, if I recall correctly.

Did I just get scolded for saying Planetside 2? Of course I know it's not in the 'fighting game' genre. But, it's a game. And it has fighting. Epic fighting.
