Sub Rosa positional audio plugin for Mumble

I made a positional audio plugin for Mumble and Sub Rosa. You can get the plugin here: http://pastelink.me/dl/5d7aca

Let me know if you run into any issues with it.

EDIT:
I just updated it with a new version! It adds the top vector and that gives better sound direction when you are for instance in a car that is upside down.

Yes we will have to try it out soon, just updated with a new version that adds the last missing piece to the puzzle, it is now complete.
