Hey guys !!!
I really hope this isn't spam, but i just started a new grunge band and we're stuck with doing covers so far
i'd really appreciate it if you could please just check this video from our latest gig and just say something funny xD

Criticism about the video you linked:

You (or whoever is in the front) ought to sing a bit farther away from the mic if you don't have a pop filter, there's a lot of popping going on in the video an you F and S sounds are ruffling quite a bit. Also, I'm not sure what's going on with the singing in general. Some parts it sounds normal and some it sounds like an impersonation of one of Alvin's chipmunks.

The guitar is very clean and neat, and is timed/coordinated well with the vocals. Even if a bit chipmunk-esque, the vocals seem consistently in good tune.

Might look into some of the other videos if I feel like it.

Yep I'm the one in the front
The voice wasn't captured by the mic, so those might be the ruffling sounds you're hearing, and the voice itself is a bit distorted(even though I really can't find the part where it sounds like one of Alvin's Chipmunks xD.Could you please tell me where that happens?)

Nevertheless, i do realize i should sing farther away from the mic

I REALLY aprecciate all of the constructive criticism since this was our first gig, so thanks for being the first one to comment ;)

That being said, I would still like to hear more comments from you guys, so don't shy away xD
Shoot :D

Edit:I also presume that you're a Seether fan ,being that you saw my post , so have you got any requests?

Nope, never heard of them before now, but I was browsing threads out of boredom and figured I'd take a look and give criticism if I could.

You should though
Best effing grunge band to come around ever since Nirvana , and AiC

Also, this wasn't the best song we performed at the show
You should really see our cover on "You know you're right" to get a better view ;)

I'm not into really anything with the word "grunge" in it, and never was a fan of Nirvana, so I probably won't to be honest.
