Nice models! If you want to make them easy to animate, it's a good practise to model the arms and fingers slightly bent, instead of straight. There's less deformation overall, and the math behind automatic bone systems tends to leave bones slightly bent as well. I can't quite tell if you did that for the arms, but seems you have it in the legs.
