If you were to give me a paragraph of his personality, what would he be like? (I don't mean to sound like a councilor, I just want to help you out)

He's kind of drawn in and shy, so he doesn't have many friends. But when he talks he's kind of funny, a little bit annoying when he gets too cocky and talks too much because he's not that funny. Normally he's an okay person to hang out with but other people have been noticing this too so we are all going to do something about it.
