No more external avatars

Now you must upload your avatar instead of hotlinking to other sites

Maybe you should increase the allowed avatar dimensions a bit, though, as a lot of the time you just need that tiny little extra bit to stay under the limit.
(My dancer avatar tends to look bad when scaled down, that's why I bring this up.)

Ok, I will compromise to 90x90. That's an extra 1700 pixels!

P.S: New avatar done already.
P.P.S: It looks kinda crap as it uses a border like my new animation, but I think that's pretty good for now.
