the Story, random. I must say, good flow to it though.

Thing has progressed from an ambition to make animations to a nearly pure incarnation of Stronge, so randomness is to be expected.
And unless I'm mistaken, some cakes are pink with turquoise icing. The kinds of cake that get you a free black eye for being too P.I.N.K. (Pure Incarnation of NinnyKims)
Accept it! Pink cakes exist!

Well, I only like to make images that appeal to me, and that one definitely does not.Colicedus wrote:So Usagi, wheres that Bunny with a chainsaw up its ass?
And here's what he'd look like afterwards.

PS: Shouldn't that be "wears that Bunny..."

Re-railing this thread may not succeed, but posting directly on topic with an update should:
Railgun Ghost Zombie Madness: Take one parachuting protagonist, one red guy, one blue guy, a railgun, the ability to resurrect as a ghost and possess people, and you get something much longer than this animation. Nevertheless, this is what my version is.

Status on making a flash Thing animation: No chance in hell.
Flash is officially the shittiest app I've ever used, it won't let me tween more than one shape at a time!
However, I do have a new avatar. At least I would, if the size limit for them wasn't so low. Put it up to 128x128 or 150x150 or something please, David.
Fighter
I always wanted to do a fight animation like this for my avatar, and I succeeded! At least I would've if the size limit didn't get in the way.
As for the mega-damage freezes, you wouldn't be able to see anything clearly without them.
Aaand another double post.

No. Flash rocks. ^_^ You just have to learn how to use it. One of the key points, especially with tweening, is to use multiple layers _liberally_. You can't tween multiple shapes on one layer simultaneously, but you can certainly make a tween per layer no problem.BunnyWithStick wrote:Flash is officially the shittiest app I've ever used, it won't let me tween more than one shape at a time!

Oh, you're tweening individual parts of one character? Meh. I generally do things more frame-by-frame for actual people (well, actual stick figures). Tweening's more for vehicles or background items or bullets, etc.
Still, it can't hurt to have multiple layers for your character, but I usually don't.
Anyway, try getting used to Flash and you'll soon fall in love with it. It's really easy to make pretty good stick figures with it. Test out the Transform tool's ability to shift the center of rotation of individual shapes and you'll see. Just shift the rotational center of your upper arms onto the shoulders, lower arms onto the elbows, lower legs onto the knees, head onto the neck...Frame-by-frame animation quickly becomes extremely easy.
