He will implant his brain into a robot that is exactly like a human, except better in every way, and is indestructible and lasts forever, and no one else will be able to figure out how to do any of that, and so he can build armies of robots that build armies of robots(and so on) at superhuman rates, all the while being unkillable, so no one can stop him. Of course, he has copies of his body hidden throughout the Universe that at his will will be activated, transferring his conscious so you can't even trap him. In addition, he will have antimatter weapons capable of destroying entire solar systems which, if touched by anything will activate(but they are suspended in space with electromagnets), so if you somehow managed to trap all 99,999 bodies and the machines that remake the bodies when captured(which are also indestructible, and 5 times the size of the sun, making them pretty hard to trap), everyone would just be killed, except for him, since he is indestructible.
