I'm considering casting a vote to ban this stupid celestia character.
Not because I hate ponies, but because I hate obnoxious idiocy.

Ban... the Princess? Oh, no. One does not simply ban the Princess. One is banished to the moon.

Holy shit. And now I am laughing.
Eh, let's keep him around. This place could use a little variety.

Laughed so hard.

People can stay so long as their ego doesn't go out of control.

Needless to say half the people here need to be banned (Including myself).

You've earned your ego by virtue of having been here a long time.
No, of course I'm not desperately thinking of reasons to justify my own conduct thankyouverymuch, I'm just assisting Count Cabbage here to feel better about himself. What? Roland? Yes. That's what I said.

I saw that yesterday on G4.
I thought it was funny that he gets shot and the girl is like "OMG are you okay!"
And he's like "Ya i'm fine."

I'd like to be count cabbage. except that would mean my parents had named me cabbage, that would have been questionable parenting.

I had to grin a little bit at his passive badassery. The violence in there, however, is really graphic and brutal. It's not overdone like most games with "shocking" violence (ie Manhunt or God of War) with blood just spouting all over the place- it looks real. And despite supposedly being desensitized to violence from long years of gaming, I was literally flinching at some of those hits. My mouth dropped open at the end when the final enemy was screaming "DON'T!" and Joel blasted him in the face, point-blank, with a shotgun. I really like how in the game, you're not some clearly defined "good" character- you're just another survivor doing what he needs to do. Just like the guys you're killing. No black-and-white morals here. I think that's part of what makes the impact of killing in the game so intense.

Also, wow:

Quantic Dream and Naughty Dog are looking mighty fine.
