Lol. I too was surprised. I just dropped the heart and I won. Did you figure out exactly what you did to get the heart out?

I completed this game on my first try, yes yes i'm that pro. Really though I did. I used the mechanical saw to open the ribs then picked the lungs and ribs out, next I used the scalpel to cut out the heart, I thought cutting out the heart was not very possible but when I say I was cutting it I was like, "aww yeah"

. Removed the heart and placed the other heart in and I won.

No clue. I just fiddled about with the scalpel and suddenly it came flying out, as if grown tired of my tinkering.
