I just realized that when I last fixed some crashing problems with my laptop (in... October? November?), the automatic graphics driver updater hadn't, in fact, updated any drivers. Or installed any drivers. The drivers which had been causing the crashing problem. Which I had removed.

So I hadn't, in fact, had any graphics drivers on my laptop for anything exept the built-in Intel GPU. Oops?

In other news, it seems like I haven't played any new games in the last few months, since I only noticed it just now.

Expansions? Another game mode? Wooo, that's great news!
I've got the steam version myself. Love just about every aspect of it.

I wonder what the other new characters will be about...

They've released similar portraits and short descriptions if you're interested. As the "Dark World" implies, it's got some horror theme going on. I saw a pirate captain of a ghost ship, a blinded prince, a nature-themed green guy, there was also something about a traitor knight.

Endless Legend has one of the cleaner interfaces I've seen in a 4X.

Allow me to tell you a story that makes no logical sense.

My Google Chrome crashed.
That's not interesting however.
My GC had been dying the past few days because it decided it didn't want to update for some reason, something in my registry was killing it's attempts of updating.
So it crashed and somehow, using weird logic and sorcery that I can't understand, it updated.
I broke through my broken Group Policy Editor settings and updated itself.

That is no different from a bot posting a link. Please do not spam.

A single sentence of context would help.

This blew my mind: if you change your answer from A to B, when there's one right and one wrong answer, is not 50% chance of getting the right answer... if you started with A, B and C.

Ohw yeah btw my game is finished yay! I'm updating links and changelogs when i get home. I finished the game on the laptop of my sister  i skipped the whole Beta stage XD. I feel like i can reuse the scripts i made kuch copied/edited/made so i'm sort of maing an engine in an engine and my engine is gonna be called ceesharp! Not to be confused with c#

Game theory did a theory on that.
I decided to play XCOM instead.
SPEAKING OF WHICH.
I downloaded OpenXCOM today, and promptly got massacred in the opening months.
To specify points of interest:

First UFO capture:
Things went well, then I realized my gunners (People with Auto cannons or Heavy cannons) had 30 Time Units, so getting them anywhere was only going to happen after much death and murder.
Surprise surprise. 4 people died before I got anything done.
Salvaging the UFO successfully however, all was good.

First Terror Mission:
Fuck Cyberdisks. And everything they stand for.

Second UFO Capture Attempt:
Fuck panicking and everything it stands for.

Monthly report:
Fuck the funding nations and everything they stand for.

In seriousness, those last 3 events went all bad. The terror mission was going okay, we suffered valueless losses and nothing I couldn't replace once the mission was over.
And then the Cyberdisk went NUCLEAR and bombed the Skyranger.
Everyone died.
I managed to jack about 600 points from the aliens however, and the cost of replacing those rookies wasn't anything special.

The second UFO capture went horribly due to several events
1: The attempt at securing a beachhead for the second wave of laser-sporting operatives was a horrific failure. The men were spread too thin and a lot of bad luck hampered the operation's early phases.

2: The second wave was undermanned, under prepared, and had poor skills for what they were doing. They didn't serve much purpose and did little to effect the result of the battle due to their late outset.

I take no credit for the images, I only arranged them in a storyboard.
