Did you know that the reason windows steam up in cold weather is because of all the fish in the atmosphere?

MWAHAHAHA...I am now the owner of a completely new, shrink-wrapped copy of Thunder Force V: Perfect System for PSX...Which is now not so new now that I've taken it out of the shrink-wrap and have flipped through the manual.
Fear my ability to find old, rare games and stuff...yeah...
What you thought I'd buy it and keep it in its packaging? Hell no, I'm not going to buy it and leave it on my shelf...that would be a waste of money.

Yes, its a rather rare game, especially to find it still shrink-wrapped and unopened. Since Working Designs is no longer around and the game isn't being published anymore. I don't think they even made a "Greatest Hits" version of it...plus, the gameplay is just plain fun if you like SHMUPS.
It isn't as rare as say, Valkryie Profile or Final Fantasy VII but its still up there. I got it for $25 new at a local store.
