And "nuisance" makes it alright? I agree that it is wrong. 'Evil' might be going to far, since that's really all-but-impossible to define, and the only definitions I can get are either just a synonym of 'wrong' or 'doing wrong while knowing it's wrong'. The latter can't be known because we don't know whether the person doing it thought of it as wrong, and the former is just pointless.

PS: I can talk about right/wrong and good/evil all day.
