If you have a pet fox, it will mark it's territory by excreting really bad smelling substance. Like skunks, but it's not that bad. Just saying. I have no experience from that but I have heard

They piss more so than musk, but their piss has been compared to skunk stink. It's pretty much up to regular cleaning of the house to keep the smell in check. But they can be litter trained, to varying degrees.

Are you missing some late-night entertainment?

[0:00]- Picture yourself a medieval village, surrounded by a wooden stockade. Farmers are doing there business in the mid-town market. Little children running about, throwing sticks and rocks teasingly at the elderly, screaming with joy as they're being chased around the village.
[1:55]- The sun settles in the horizon. One can still hear the calming sound of the village smith sharpening his wares, as the men return from their hunts. The village is slowly settling down for the evening, tending to supper with their families. After a tale of the eldest travels, they lay the children to bed as the midnight touches.
[2:36]- The guard on duty has spotted enemy troops in the distance. An alarm is signaled, waking the men from their sleep and ushering them to prepare themselves for battle. Children, women and elderly are being safely hidden in various underground shelters before the men head out to their posts.
[3:15]- As the men scale the stockade, the view reveals the enemy army approaching, their numbers vastly superior. Riders on horses and multiple groups of dozen archers.
[3:41]- The first wave hits. Full scale war ensues and use your own imagination from here on.
My English writing seem rusty, I lack vocabulary and/or capability of flavoring sentences with tastier adjectives and adverbs.

Awesome song. Awesome writing. I'm digging this cool stuff.
I guess I'll post it, seeing as it fits in fairly well with this theme, I wrote some poetry a few days ago!

That's good! I really like the sort of reversed-presented perspective in some sentences.

"Of gold and bone." I liked that line.
Also, protip: Reading it to the accompaniment of Victor's link enhances both considerably.

I love the Finnish part at 6:50 of the song.
Translation follows:
The braves of the north,
Didn't give in before the threat.
Again the sky dome rumbles,
Blood stains the snow.
Many don't get to see tomorrow,
Many will be missed.
Land remains peaceful for progeny,
Songs of victory will sound forever.

Ah, sweet. Was wondering what those lyrics were.
I also just noticed after about an hour of that song and modelling in Blender that each quatrain of my sonnet is actually able to be sung, very well, to the chorus line. This shows two things:
ONE: That song is even more amazing than I had previously given it credit.
TWO: I can now sing my poem. Fuck. Yes.
Thank you Freshbite, so much, for posting that link. I will love you forever.

Ensiferum is not a one-man's pleasure.
They are to be shared openly among all of mankind.
More? More. Much, much more.

That may be so, but there are still more roads to travel on this musical journey...
[Ensiferum - The Longest Journey] (aka The Longest Song)
... which is, essentially, three songs put together.

Thought, for about 5 seconds, that the third word in the song was "Korban". Haha, that's so awesome. Oh man, this is such a sweet group. Might make Skyrim worth playing again, just to roll around jamming to Ensiferum.
