If I re-type it here, it's exactly the same text. Read it there. If you can't handle that, bad luck, you're screwed.

Middle-mouse-button (MMB) -> Rotate camera

MMB + RMB -> Pan camera

Mouse wheel -> Zoom in / out

It's the same text!

Oh yeah, I remeber now! I spent hours watching those tutorials and doing those demonstration excercise thingies, and nope, never told me how to move the camera.

So instead all I could do was zoom in and out and rotate the camera with the mouse wheel, it was pretty annoying.
