SKYnet! I love that game!
My sister and I had an inside joke about that game.
There was an add on TV called SKYline. It was a Premade house company of some kind.
There jingle was:
Gotta get a garage, gotta get a gottage (cottage)
gotta get a skyline!
Well, I desided that SKYnet needed its owen add.
Our little jingle:
Gotta get a Terminator, gotta Get a Drone, Gotta get a SKYnet

Well, nobody said video game. We're now examining archeological evidence from before the dawn of time. The Deep Magic, as it were. It's played on a 'puter, anyway. But no sissified graphics, no.

Is that the original text adventure "Adventure" in diagramatic form?
If so - genius

, I never did get out of that damn maze
Edit:
Deep magic referance makes me think of Narnia and now i'm all confused

In response, Usagi wrote:Nope, but a damn good guess. This one sprang from that one, and was originally written in MUDDLE.

In response, Usagi wrote:Well, it is a Narnia reference, brought to my mind by the "dawn of time". Adventure is even older, from a little further back, into the stillness and the darkness before Time dawned.

This guy is about to get canned by a sledge hammer. Name this game!

I thought it's Hitman first, but there's no sledgehammer and no cam rotation for dramatic effect in that superawesome game.
So I guess it's Manhunt.. Probably a shot from the upcoming sequel. The guy with the hammer would be the protagonist, then.
Wikipedia wrote:# Germany: On 2004-07-19, the Amtsgericht Munich confiscated all versions of Manhunt for violation of ยง 131 StGB (representation of violence). The game, the court said, portrays the killing of humans as fun, and the more fun, the more violent the killing is. They also sensed a glorification of vigilantism, which they considered harmful per se.[16]

lol, Germany and their game police. Correct.
Manhunt 2 just got banned in the UK and the ESRB just gave it an AO Adults Only rating, basically it won't be on store shelves in the US. Also, Sony and Nintendo don't allow AO games on their systems.
Hope still for Rockstar, they have one more chance to either argue this game's content in court or modify the game so it will be M rated.
Oh, well alright enough of that for now. Next game.

That's Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, the new game from IO Interactive (Who incidentally made the Hitman games :O).
