Several things
One, its called football for I don't Know shit
Two, I hate baseball, Why its americas pastime I have no idea. Its somewhat like cricket only you have to go around 4 bases instead and the bats round. Not quite sure about cricket but those are the only differences i can think of.
Third, I do like your football or my soccer. One of the sports I actually play on a real team instead of just at the park or at school.I just hate actually watching it. So I watch Football and Basketball, while playing soccer.

Yeah, maybe there will be a new thread....America vs Europe!!
To start, some pros and cons of both

America:
Pro: We kicked your ass in the revolutionary war
Con: Our president is a dipshit

Europe:
Pro: The world doesn't hate you
Con: Creepy Teeth

Your Pro is that you stand as one nation and your people are patriotic and stuff. That differs from nation to nation over here. Talking about Germany - no self-confidence. And there is no European Identity yet - that's utopian. We still need to build that. Definitely your biggest Pro.

I tell you, they just love paying tons for medical, paying tons for college, paying tons of taxes, and seeing the rich get tons of tax breaks while owning 80% of the wealth but only 20% of the population. That's how much they love America and hate socialism.

Along with the Russians and the British.. And Hitler himself, what a dumb idiot, forcing german soldiers to march towards Stalingrad during the russian winter. And decentralizing the front - it was a stupid move to attack France so soon.
Also, please remember that what brought the USA into play was Pearl Harbor. The war was almost over from Germany's PoV when you landed á la Normandie. And your troops were lucky - your ships were seen, but the intel didn't get enough attention.

Yeah, the American contribution to World War II was to give supplies to Russia so they could do the real pwning. American troop involvement was minimal and late, relatively. If Hitler hadn't been stupid enough to go back on his originally good plan of making a peace treaty with Russia, you'd've all been screwed.
