Dude, you missed the point.

My point is that there are too many guitars that look utterly different on the surface, but make the same f**king sound!

That's because everyone likes different things.

gray gets it...just go to your local music store...ask for an Ibanez and ask for a Epiphone (two things you commonly see in guitar shops) or if the shop sells Fenders and Gibsons ask for one of each...ask to hook them up to an amp (let the guy in the store set the amp up) turn all the knobs on the guitars as far left as the go and set the switch either down or to the right (depends on which way it goes)...don't touch the amp settings...play both and tel me they dn't sound different[/i]

BWS, I wish for your own good every time you realise you're making a silly argument you'd at least stop digging yourself into it..

Anyway, how do you know all these guitars sound the same? Have you researched and measured their sounds frequencies etc? Or are you just making a guess for the sake of your argument?

Think of things like classical music or dance music. Now, before when I listened to neither of these, it all sounded the same to me. But, that was only because I had no interest in it. You obviously have no interest whatsoever in guitars, so how could you expect to be able to notice the differences? Have you ever even held/played two different guitars in the same day?

The point I'm making is; you're not going to realise the differences because you are not used to guitars.

And anyway, what is the point in complaining about there being different looking guitars? People like the way things look as well as the way they sound. What about some of the games with great graphics there are around? Sure looks don't matter anyway, they should just get rid of the good looking graphics, sure graphics don't matter at all anyway!

Yes, we've noticed that. That's kinda Ren's point, as it's been for quite a while. If you couldn't realize it, that'd already be sad, but if you can and continue to do it, that's _really_ pathetic.

Please stop insulting..you can argue politely but stop insulting people for no reason.

Even if you don't like someone, you've no right to intentionally make them feel bad.

And BWS, you didn't even respond to my points.. =/

An argument is supposed to be where you try to counter the other person's points, and if you can't then you concede defeat..

No wait sorry, that's how arguments SHOULD go. They rarely include someone conceding defeat. :P

Although..if you find someone capable of doing it, I'd suggest you befriend them immediately, because that person is nothing short of a miracle.

…or just someone who doesn't want to bother anymore.

I tend to start flamewars the instant I feel angry at times (And no, this isn't going to help you in any way, U479), sorry for the random outburst which I randomly outbursted that I can't remember the reason for.

I think we can all agree that you can't really argue a point that you don't agree with anymore.
