we let anyone join right now...and if you want to make a better domain with the same forums and all...(I'd be glad to transfer the important posts) be my guest. I'd actually be happy about that. Just provide a link. (Also, I'm not too good with phpBB boards, meh...)

and was thinking maybe you could vote people in as moderators and vote them out if they abuse the powers
