I like the guitar, but I still don't think its something I'd listen to on a regular basis outside of the game it came from. 7/10.

That was uh, interesting. 6/10

I absolutely love, love the production in this song. Really interesting blend of indie folk with traditional hip-hop and rap backing. Tribal drums and percussion mixed with really mellow electronic instruments and smooth vocals.

I'm partial to this style in the first place. It's easy to forget that Romanian is a Romantic language. Just as beautiful as Spanish or French.

Keeping in theme of strong, European vocal performances

For bonus points

That got annoying fast and didn't really go anywhere from there. Then again, it's Pinkie Pie, so...

[4/10]

It somewhat reminded me of this Dwarf Fortress song. Maybe something in the rhythm?

Catchy! Also, Dwarf Fortress. 8/10.

I find it interesting how different in tone the two atelier series on PS3. The Arland trilogy (above) has a much happier sound to it. The games are about growth and flourishing towns and cities. The Dusk trilogy (my previous post) are set in a world being slowly overtaken by sand. There are ancient ruins and lost technology spattered about the world. While both trilogies generally keep their tones upbeat, the Dusk series has this underlying sense of impending emptiness.

We gotta chill this bitch out though. Same era, different vibe.
