halo is like.....the only game my friends and i play....if you don't like halo....odds are you never even tried it...and if you dont like halo AND played it thinking it was way to easy....GET OF EASY!!! I still can't beat legendary in either of them but keep coming back for more!

in other news....um....call of duty? counterstrike? theres lots just as good as halo. So stop bitching and play your own....playstation people though....well i dunno what you got.BTW, i heard halo 2 got more money then the first. Halo 3 will do great

Yeah, pity it'll come out on the Mac like 5 years from now, if ever ... didn't it take 3 years for Halo to reach mouse and keyboards anyway??

Thats not what I meant. Have you ever killed an ally in the bridge on the pillar of autumn? The marines don't take too kindly.
Well, I have triggered them to go insane on me several times (Deliberately), though I haven't heard "Marines, the Master Chief has gone homicidal, take him out!" from cortana yet… Maybe that was just some freakin' great voice acting on a flash I saw…

Anyway, are you sure killing just one of them will trigger them to go haywire? Makes sense if you're on the bridge, especially if you kill the captain… *runs off to try it, then remembers he's too lazy*

Ahhhh… That's when cortana says that! *runs off to try it*

I've played both Halos to great detail...they suck...they're the same as every other FPS out there...nohing special bout it...

Then you completely missed the point. Every FPS I've ever played during the Xbox and PS2 era, they've always had some kind of new feature to make it different from the others. Which is fine, but some people want to play the game where you shoot things, not the game where you have to tell people to shoot things for you (although squad based combat is pretty cool).

Halo is the most generic FPS ever made, and what most people don't seem to understand is that that was the whole point.

Plus, true halo fans want to know what happens next.

nothing...you'd think after 2 games the earth would be saved...then again you'd also think after 50 final fantasy games or so (including those not in the main series) that they'd run out of stories to tell but...they keep comin...

i couldv'e sworn this was about trailers, not the games past. sides, for me the biggest allure is its multiplayer. all swords ftw!

Not true, they're the only FPSes I've seen so far that have vehicles (Vehicles pwn! Best idea ever.)

Ahem, Vehicles Pwn! Best Idea Ever! That's something special, right?

Even if an FPS I haven't played has vehicles, I doubt it'll have something equivalent to auto-recharging energy shields (Healthpacks should never be the only way to regain HP.)

woah, you need to get out more...vehicles weren't exactly a new idea in Halo...they're in most of the Delta Force games and ALL of the Battlefield games...

As for regenerating health...What about "Regeneration" spells or take Max Payne for example...you regain health by just sitting still and not taking damage.

I think Grey is on the "Stop trying to make yourself seem so important in you miserable life, you'll never amount to anything if you sit around and play Halo all day" Side.
