Happy New Year! :)

Post by Flickta » Fri Dec 31, 2004 11:02 am

I'm not quite sure about it - since there are different time-zones.

But still - it's so close, and for me it will come in 3 hours.

I wish all Wolfire forums members the Happy New Year and all the best in the coming 2005! Let it be fun!

Nikita

P.S. I also should state that in my country the New Year is (traditionally) much more important then Christmas. Mention it so you could understand the importance of the event for me. Once again - Happy New Year!

I've been wondering this for a while but... Flickta is of the feminine persuasion?

Eh... Here my English fails me. feminine what?

If you are wondering about my name, it is of a Greek origin, stemmed from Nika, the goddess of victory. So, Nikíta means victorious. And victorious I am. 8)

Also some not-at-all-related-to-me history (if you are still wondering about my name)

Hope that clears things up.

EDIT: And of course you weren't talking about my forum name?

You're right about that .... today's the 9th and I just found this topic. Either American commercialism has permeated my soul or I've been neglecting the forums .... probably both.
