Anyone seen this weird spambot before?

There's a kind of spambot which I found really strange and I'm trying to get to the bottom of. It fills up forums and websites with posts of the pattern [phone number] + [occupation, often black magic or love] + "in" + [country or city]. The only thing that remains the same between posts is the phone number and the word "in". Have any of you seen this, or do you have any idea what it could be?
