TheRabbidPixel wrote:Very enjoyable to watch. I didn't really notice how much gore makes a difference until I watched your videos.

The subtitles being apart of the video are appreciated, but I think the scoring system being out of 100 is unnecessary as you could just use decimals. But besides that really tiny nitpick I think nothing is wrong with the videos.

I'd suggest Overgrowth but you probably already knew that.
Thanks! Gore is all about seeing response to the action on screen, and the more detailed it is, the better.

With my heavy Russian-Israeli accent, subs are necessary :D

Overgrowth is still in alpha and keeps getting new features. Who knows, one of the next updates could have some significant improvements to the gore.
There are still some things that could be improved only based on what we have now, without adding dismemberment or any other radically big feature. I'd be happy to send the devs a short essay on that.

I will make the review when the game hits beta or full release.

What's the difference between 7.8/10 and 78/100
Scoring out of 100 is just personal preference really.

You could go 7,84/100...

That's a game that wouldn't get a gore review

Interesting stuff. Gore is often an overlooked feature in Modern AAA gaming...glowers at the Modern Warfare series. I would recommend Wolfenstein: the New Order and some older games like Doom and Duke Nukem for review. Duke especially pioneered the art of scenery gore, and even today you rarely see games where you can walk through a blood pool and leave bloody footprints behind.

Wish I could do one for the new Wolfenstein games, but the bloody thing is banned in my country (Israel). It's weird since we never have video games banned here
