EH, the english dubbing is decent, isn't great, but isn't terrible either. But I'll happily watch both (unless one is just terrible...like the Cowboy Bebop: The Movie japanese dub...), so I'm not the one to really ask.

In the english dub they call her Nana, instead of Seven. Same thing, but they use the japanese name.

If you want an awesome english dub, watch SoltyRei.

Also, I doubt the english dub will call Nana-san "Seven" all the way through. That was a little bit of constant inhumanity that I think needed to stay.
correction, water is "mizu." They way they pronounce it might have got you mixed up.

japanese numbers to ten:
1 - ichi
2 - ni
3 - san
4 - shi/yon
5 - go
6 - roku
7 - nana/shichi
8 - hachi
9 - kyuu
10 - jyu

Yosh, just throwing that out there...

Given that the spelling of those is purely so we can pronounce the japanese words none of it is really "correct" - but I take your meaning.

I had forgotten the I/E confusion from when I first tried to learn. I still remember bits, but I didn't get very far.

Wow, that was pathetic, even for you. This thread has been hijacked so many times that it's really easier to let it run its course.

A big, fat, STFU to you.

Huh. Does this mean that Mizu/Mesu/Misu soup is "Water Soup"?

Despite the fact that this is probably incorrect, it's interesting…

Damn, I'm trying to post a 10000x10000 image of Horo (Yes, I have a 10000x10000 pixel image sitting on my desktop) here but I can't find a place that will let me upload something that big.

Photobucket lets you upload stuff that big, you just have to select 'Reduce to 1 megabyte filesize'. Granted, you'll probably have to do some compression, but image quality can still be quite nice around 950k :D
