metal gear!

anyone here play metal gear portable ops + ? if u do and u are awsome at that game please help me, i cant beat extreme mode, i always lose or die on levels that are like - get to the exit without being seen by the enemy - or - neutralize all enemies soldiers alert mode will be on for the whole time.. w/e - i usually have 2 ak47's 5 grenades and body armor, even with all of that stuff i still get killed, the guys with the shields knock me down and then the other guys either in the white clothing or the ones with the helmet shoot me and i die

i lost naked snake and old snake and raiden doing this

some one help me!
