with numbers like that the percentages couldn't come out as even numbers and would have decimal points and such after them, the forum poll thing probably can't handle decimals or fraction so it just reads as slightly less than 100%
yeah i realised that just after i said that, but i still prefer the idea that the other one percent can't decide, unless chainsaw man (sorry about not calling you by your original name, i just cant remember or spell it) got a bit carried away.
