This topic seems relatively similar to the effect of the question "Is it tomorrow yet?" asked at any time.
Apart from maybe when you've said it 32498792 times and you're dangling right above an erupting volcano from a thick green vine with your ex-girlfriend who just had a near-death experience with a rabid and radiation-distorted giant alligator who use to be your brother called fred.
