Does anyone know how to change .exe files to Mac apps?

Like the title says or vice versa. I have Xcode and need help learning this kind of porting ability. I'm trying to get a Windows app to convert to a Mac app on my computer. I mangaged to get it open by changing it to a .sit file but...kinda...need...help converting it. So, like I said do not hesitate to reply. Thank you!

I didnt read that thread but I don't think there are any programs that can because it's impossible to do it that easily.

I was asking for a way, editing the souce code or not. It doesn't have to be easy.
