Just because I'm curious, what is everyones favorite holiday (christmas, Easter etc). I'd have to say Australia Day is my favorite, best day of the year, also one of the hottest... In Queensland at least.

My Fav Holiday: Easter.
It had so many wonderful memeorys connected to it. My Sister an I would go to the Royal Easter Show for Free because my Father had connectons (He worked for a low rate Computergame company making flash games and selling them to poor familys with computer packages, he got us in for free because he had to sell these products there)

When I was really little My father use to make an easter egg hunt. It was Free for all and usualy We would then with all the Tinfoyal Wrapers make little figureines by shaping the clumps of metal, my sister use to make some of the coolest Dragons

We had plenty of fun times then. I hope when I have Childeren I can make something specal to them as much as my father made Easter

Wow, that sounds so fun. It sounds like a story book or a movie. I wish my dad took me places.

On Australia Day we all dress up in green and gold etc and eat meat pie, have a barbeque, drink beer and try to fulfill every single Australian stereotype there is. Its the best. We also make a massive meat pie with little shapes on it like koalas, kangaroos, Ivan Malat etc. Good family times

. Then we go for a swim cause its hot as.

Yep... I miss the southern hemosphere...

Oh well, im comming back to New Zealand in 5 weeks.

I am from New Zealand, and no Ididont get to see the footy, Im all the way in the States at the moment, all the footy here is full of Men with Pads (I though Pads were for PMSing Women, I think Im more afrade of a Woman needing Pads than a Man, cause if a bloke has to ware a pad, its saying something

)

Personally christmas, though I don't have any epic or tear jerking stories to go with it.

I did find it kind of ironic that my family celebrates New Years and saint patricks day more than the day that our saviour was born.

Well it's not like we're real christians anyway. We just like presents and easter chocolate. ^.^

i likeh deh Christmas the best. it means no school, good food, getting stuff, and i love the warm feeling of whenever we go to mass.
