I only just picked this up, and I'm outraged.Armored_Wolf wrote:Ebrahim wrote:I can guess. With the avatar, and John's post in another topic (I have no idea which one) I'm guessing you got your name off of John's beard.
I've been Uberbeard for years! Long before I knew of any John, Jeremy or Jordan with a strand of hair to call their own. Frankly, Armoured, I am shocked you would consider me such a leech.
Re: obligatory introduction thread
Hello guys, Andrige otherwise known in the fleeting world we call "real life" as Markus, a swedish dude.
I have a beard. Not as awesome as John's though, but it works.
I joined this place when I got for some weird reason the key for Overgrowth. I had joined the Facebook group to see more of the pretty incredible editing-engine long before I heard that UWE and Wolfire Games knew each other. I'm called Triggerman on the NS2 forums.
Now that I have Overgrowth as well, I'm probably as happy as can be, since I was considering buying it but kinda held back since I wasn't sure what the deal was about Overgrowth. (I should try Lugaru sometime I guess)
I'm also somewhat well-known in WoW since I created the reskins for druid-forms and have done some wallpapers, fan-artwork and all that jazz. I recently stopped playing though, and have been trying my wings with other more indie-games out there as time allows.
Also educating myself within game-graphics and as a side-project I'm also responsible for creating a game called Mystling. Me and my team hope to create something awesome for a swedish gaming-competition with deadline in may. Maybe it'll grow large enough to catch more attention, who knows?
If you got any cool contacts and all that I'd be glad to hear from you, we're trying to release some more conceptart, game-ideas and stuff on our blog later. (site is still under development though, but feel free to bookmark!)
If you're into artsy stuff you can visit me DevART as well.

Hey!
I'm Hugo and well I now own Overgrowth because I already had preordered NS2 on first day!
I'm just a college student in Multimedia who lives in Quebec, Canada.
Also I find my self more and more attracted to indie games as major devs and publishers are starting to treat the PC like it's not important.
What you do is awesome! keep up the good work!

Ditto with the above, except change Quebec, with British Columbia. Also the whale man scares me and I don't know why...

Welcome people. Just don't talk about the whale man in a loud voice and you'll survive here.

Hey all, I'm Alex from Denmark!
I am also known as DarthLex on both MODDB and as a part of a JKA mod known as JKG - I just preordered the lovely pack, and can't wait to try out both these games in their completed stage, for now though I will try to get used to all the weird people that are undoubtly a part of this community!
<3
Thanks for making such a brilliant game, I hope it fosters a community that is like its' developers!
