Good free Mac MMORPGs
I'm not sure these are compatible with mac (I doubt it) because i own a PC and I think it's time to show some games that people who own PCs can see (tired of all these commercial games, can't even play any original independent games). It seems like korea has been running through all kinds of MMOs they have duplicated battlefield 2 and have created all these new games as well (different companies). To check out the link site, go to http://www.gamengame.com (dont worry these sites have been translated as best as any korean can). The games are very well advertised and have great screenshots and movie clips.
Vendetta Online has a free trial period of 8 hours of gameplay, and I've been with it through most of its open alpha and beta stages (about 3 years), which means I liked it a lot.
I would consider checking it out, especially for its unique combat system.
It's still in development, though.

Blizzard deserves the money, the same way David does
I have waited long for a MMORPG like this.. never really liked any other MMORPG much, but this is really great. There is so much to do, it never ends.
I have nothing against that Blizzard want's money for not only the game, but for playing it (not saying that you have anything against it, either!).
If paying for it not leaves you without enough money to survive,
it's worth it

Same happened to many people I know. They now live part-time in an alternate universe.
Blizzard is slowly starting the Matrix.

I think the main reason is that it costs to darn much. Unlike few other MMORPGs (actually, I can just barely name two) WOW can be alot of money to spend. 10 dollars a month may sound pretty cheap, but it adds up to easily more than a hundred a year, you don't get to play whole new versions of the game, it's just one game. Nevertheless, a suprisingly good game, but for people who don't like to spend that much dedication on a single game, buying a hundred dollars worth of different games may be better (I know, that may only amount to just two commercial games, this is not a strong opinion, I prefer good MMOs to normal games and the other way around too). Again, this is just pure choice some people will play MMOs for a few months and then stop, alot more than they would have for a singly player game.
