Im not kidding, I really am, or will be. I just bought this book called NECRONOMICON in a little used bookstore , basically a guide to necromancy, it was written by an arab named Abdul Alhazred. And don't make fun of it, it is my religion now. May Adar watch over you, and bind you to this earth.

Necromancy is a form of magic(but is regarded by many as a religion), not necessarily dark, we, through careful focusing of our soul and the power of the Ancient Ones, keep the Gate between Out and In protected and closed. We also forgo personal journeys, such as the Seven Gates, and the summoning of The Watcher.

really I'm glad you found a copy of the necronomicon, there have been several attempts at spreading lovecraftian ideas and theology in this forum, but as of yet I don't believe any succeeded they were all doomed I hope you found a true copy (which may very well not exist due to the fact that it could have been made up by lovecraft) and not one of the millions of copies, enjoy being a necromancer from reading a book of references.

Close to all magic is dark, unless it involves pulling a rabbit out of a hat or something. A necromancer would be a practitioner or master of the dead.

yes, I did find a true copy, not one made up by H.P. Lovecraft, but writen by Abdul Alhazred himself.
