Merry Christmas. I just got home from the family Christmas get-together.

Posting something only twenty or so minutes after midnight (almost as early a "Merry Christmas" as you can get) on Christmas Day is pretty strange, however.

Moke you? You're pretty good at moking yourself you know.

I don't feel a year older. I wonder if I'm supposed to be more mature now or something.

Merry christmas to everyone but the atheists, agnostics, buddhists, sikhs, jews, muslims, and people I don't like as well as all the other religious groups I can't remember, Christmas feels small.

Xmas is'nt about that sort of shit: Its about Comersalization; how much you can make off a dead man some one ratted out 2008 years ago. Its a symbolizem of how much man has

This is a moot point, not a fact.

It is a topic of much discussion that few can agree on.

I think it can be considered a religion. It depends on the definition of "religon" and the definition of "atheism". I think that "religions" include any set of beliefs regarding the spiritual, divine or supernatural aspects of life. "Atheism" can be the affirmative belief that there is no god or the rejection of conventional theism. Therefore it is a belief which primarily concerns the spiritual aspects of life, therefore it is a religious belief, just like agosticism or Judaism or Buddhism.

wrong
atheism means you don't have a deity
not to mention, the flying spaghetti monster is the presiding god of Pastafarianism, which is a sponsored religion

I hardly expected a large discussion to be started by my ignorant and sleepy post. also Colicedus, it is true that now christmas is about commercialization, however some people still celebrate it as the birth of their savior (note I said their not our for all you people who disagree with that belief)

Whoa... savour? he Died because we fucked up, even the bible says that, the Definition of Sin I learnt was Mistake.

Jesus died for our misakes; Our suposive ansestors killed him, not us, we did not rat him out. What I see is some one Converting people using the guilt trip mental program (AKA: Guilt Trip v10.1.1) and I have met people who fall for guilt trips over things that are not truly there fault.

I also debait his death, learn a bit of medicen and look at the story of his crififacation, look into medicen again and look back, something might pop up that will make you say 'hang on a minute'.
