Where I live the coldest I can remember it being in recent history was about 4 degrees Celcius with a top of 13 and it was raining and very windy I thought it was absolutely freezing but, I guess I havent 'lived' so to speak.

Enjoy your winters! I shall enjoy the last week or so of Summer.

We have the opposite problem this year in N. Californy: 3rd year of drought...

Was on pace to set another record but it rained hard a few days last week. Don't know if it's enough, and the snow in the mtns has been terrible.

Could we have 5 or 6 feet of yours?

Ha! Pretty funny.

NOW how much snow do you have?

whoof. You must be double buried... it rained hard in the East Bay.

Bet it's pretty nice to snowshoe around on, though.

actually the temperature rose to 38 F and it began raining hard, for about 5 days, and it melted a lot of the snow, we still have 3-4 feet in some places though.

:0

I hope it doesn't start freezing again.

It happened a lot here in Michigan. Luckily the snow seems to have stopped and I can see most of my yard for the first time in *Looks at watch* 4 months.

...

I really hope I didn't just jinx it.

me too. :?

but yeah, if it froze now, or in the next few days, it would be bad. since it rained the snow is soaked, and it would freeze through and become solid.

hahah we had some unexpected snow here for an hour or so, only seven inches, and the weird thing was, the weather was in the high 20'sºF the whole time. usually snows at colder than that.
