To clear up the findings from this thread.

• If ANYONE tells you about a Crymod L4D group (or similar) DO NOT click the link. Any link; inspect it to make sure it looks genuine before clicking it. Even so, it's advisable to google that link before you click it out of game.
  
  If you have clicked the link, but don't think you have been hijacked yet, change your steamID/password IMMEDIATELY.
  
  If your account has been hijacked, there are steps to recovering your account that you can take that stops any damage. The most anyone can do is play/download your games, so don't worry too much.

Basically any link with a strange ending (tk, ro, tf) are phishing sites.

But seriously, just don't type your account information into the sites and you'll be fine. I really doubt it can take the information automatically.
