A friend of mine showed me some video of this game earlier.
I can't really say what I think of the gameplay (I don't have a Windows box so I can't actually play the game) beyond that it looks like standard fighting game fare with anime asthetics. Beyond that the backgrounds seemed a bit bland, over-cluttered with people running around, and overly distracting. The character animation looks like its the saving grace of the game with large, "well detailed" sprites.
