And yes, I know how different these artists are from one another. The rule for my iPod: no two songs alike!

Well... the name "Rage Against the Machines" rings a bell, but I've never heard any of their songs, or the songs of any of the others.

Haha, wow. These guys must be really unpop in some places, lol. Well, if you've seen The Matrix, Rage Against the Machines and Rob Zombie did some of the music for it.

I think Rise Against the Machines is overated to the point of no return, same with ozzy, hes not even a good singer either. Rob Zombie though, hes very good.

i tend to listen to a lot of different stuff. My sisters are chavs (listen to rap r 'n' b and hip hop) whereas my friends are mostly metalheads (self-explanitory). I'm stuck in a sort of blend between the two. The bands i like a lot at the moment are Slipknot, Stonesour, Lordi, Something corporate, Rise against, The smashing pumpkins, korn, lady gaga. So, a decent mix. Oh, and brokencyde and bring me the horizon and bullet for my valentine. who are cool.

No, none of it is. And Ren, the problem is that they don't lip sync. That's why they suck. xD
Not to mention, I met them. Bunch of assholes they are.

Stone Sour, however, rocks.

Also, I don't like Rob Zombie.

I'm stopping there. It focuses around hard rock, screamo and metal, but there's some variety in there. A lot of that is probably due to my brother putting plays off the iPod on my comp when he updates or else a lot of acoustic artists would be up there. xD

I like some of those same bands, The Prodigy, Rob Zombie, Audioslave and Ozzy are pretty good, none of my favorites but I like some songs. Rage Against the Machine I used to like, but not anymore.
Lately I've been only able to listen to CD's, I bought a bunch for cheap lately and my favorites of them are Page Avenue by Story of the Year, Tonight the Stars Revolt by Powerman 5000, and Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard. They're all pretty good but I still miss my iPod...

I'm not really a music fan as such, I listen to music, but I don't really pay attention to artists or anything so I really couldn't list them.

Though off the top of my head, Voltaire is awesome.

I think Mastodon did a song in the ATHF movie. I heard some of their songs, sounds like a cross between sludge metal and prog.
