Holy crap. I used to do that also. Except that little man was my imaginary friend.

Damn, I did this all the time, too. I think I still do sometimes. Must remember to do it more often.

I had a whole plethora of characters that would pop up out of trees on the side of the road and stuff, jump onto the boot of the car to say hello for a sec.

Only trouble is, as with anything I visualize, it's hard to actually keep seeing them. As in, I know they're there and what they should look like, but it's hard to actually see it superimposed on my vision. It's the same sort of thing my dreams are like, incredibly faint, but I know what they're supposed to look like.

I've imagined that, except he's fighting ninjas nonstop, hordes of them coming at him at once.

I thought I was just weird......

ya! I also prefer skating when I am on the roadside. But for the jumping over the obstacles thing I find it unusual.

56 in fact. (Hence the grumpy old orc avatar.)

So you were fairly close.

Ah-HAH!
I thought you were a lot more respectful slash worthy of respect most of the other forum-goers!
By the by, did you ever help working on a game called 'Battle for Wesnoth'? I think I saw the name 'Zhukov' in the credits. May have just been a slip of the eye, though, since I didn't manage to find it a second time x3

Second hint being the orc avatar seeming really similar to the orc artworks inside the actual game... *cough*

Holy crap! Someone actually noticed that! I am humbled.

Umm... yeah, that was me. I contributed some pixel art. A couple of unit sprite attack animations and updates, nothing special. Mostly I just hung around their forums soaking up knowledge. Their art director is a really cool guy who virtually hemorrhages quality art-related advice at anyone who stands still long enough.
Eventually the standard of their artwork advanced beyond my meager skills (a good thing) and their forum community started to get bloated (a bad thing), so I moved on. However, I still pop in once in a while to see what those wacky folks are up to.

The avatar is cropped from the image below. It's an old favourite of mine. I mean, come on, that face!
(It was originally the portrait for a warlord in one of the Battle for Wesnoth campaigns. It then became the generic portrait for the orc grunt unit. One of the BfW artists is currently working on a replacement.)

I can honestly say I've never done this. Does this mean you're all crazy, or I'm crazy?
