I usually stretch and do a few warm-ups for about 10 minutes. Then I run for, depending on my mood, angry=longer, 1:30-2 hours. Then when I get back, I do 40 pushups (I've just started doing this) and at least 70 crunches. Then I do as many pullups as I can. After that is walking a little to cool off, and a stretch. On some days instead of running, I do sprints. Sprints are fun.
Nice program Sandurz :D I would recommend anyone this one if they dont have much time on there hands but still cares about their body's ^^ gotta try this one in the weekends >.> working out everytime befor i go to bed kinda leaves me restless xD i should cut down on the working out stuff. Its easy to spend all your energi on one day :3 if i keep going like this ill be a living corpse by the time i hit my 18 years xD

You run for two hours? Wow, you're way more in shape than I am.

And 40 push-ups?!

schedule usually goes something like this.
Everyday warm up with dumbbells and then shadow boxing, followed by burpees and heel toe raises, then wall sit, then sit ups. tuesdays or mondays, lunges, thurdays or fridays other activity or jogging/walking.
Btw Roland you've got to be ripped like hell or atleast you will be if you keep this up xD

I used to just do the sit ups and running but I need better pecs and biceps so I started working on those.

I don't know why you were laughing. It's a good workout. True fact.

Honestly, my form of exercise comes as football, because I enjoy it.

I don't lift weights or any of that stuff, because I'm not vain in the sense that I feel I need a muscley body to impress anyone. Having a healthy level of fitness from normal every day activities and a bit of sports is the best way, I find. Don't forget the sex.

I've been running since about 6th grade. I'm in 10th now, so I'm in almost my prime. And 40 pushups isn't too too much.
