While I didn't do the modeling, the uvmapping, decompiling, lighting, rigging, and posing was done by me.

I decompiled the TF2 Spy model to make an actual render with it.

I actually had a lot more Blender stuff that I actually did myself, but I can't seem to find any of it.

So, I'm wondering how this should be optimized. Non-square (256x512) texture, scale UV x2, use the other half of the texture for other objects? Heated discussion on the IRC.

Seeing as you didn't say it had to be blender, I model with Google Sketchup, and render with SU Podium. But I do use Blender sometimes.

I've got WAY too many to post one by one, so you can check my post on the blog, pretty much everything is on there.
But my more recent work is put on facebook, but I'm not posting that :)

Google Sketchup is very easy to use if you learn the shortcuts, but it's also very limited.
I've been using it for about a year and a half.

You can get most of my work here
