Computer games don't affect kids, I mean if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music.

Again, you can choose what your logic dictates to be "technically correct", but you are sacrificing the general population's understanding of the point you are trying to convey by doing so.
