The movie is confirmed, but that's really all that is specifically known about it.

There is a difference though, in the Sims 2, somebody modded in nudity, San Andreas however, the content was still in the files for the retail release, and somebody saw this, changed one file slightly, and the content was available again. The real stupid part is that they made a huge fuss about it, I mean, yeah, fair enough, it was a sex minigame, but there were no ummm... bodyparts shown. What they should have done is slap Rockstar games with a fine, then get on with their lives, by kicking up a stink about it, they only drew attention to the fact that the content exists, so more and more people tried to find it, then succeeded, and ultimately, a gameshark code was released to give the content to console gamers.invertin wrote: The stupid thing is that they upped the rating because of a game feature that you have to mod the game to use.
Which is sort of like rating Sims 2 "M" because somebody modded in nakedness.
In my opinion, whatever is good in films should be fine for videogames, that means that things like partial nudity should be allowed, as long as there is no graphic depictions of sex. Still, I've always been a bit messed up in the head sooo...
EDIT: Had a bit of a grammar fail there, should be slightly better now.

Eh, who cares? So GTA is rated M, is that actually stopping you from playing and enjoying the game? No? Then shut up.
Ratings for movies and games are a bit different because one is interactive and one you just watch. Where to draw the line can be argued left and right, but that seems to be the general idea. They're also rated using entirely different systems.
Partial nudity is allowed, its full blow graphic sex and excessive graphic violence that's rated AO.zoidberg rules wrote:In my opinion, whatever is good in films should be fine for videogames, that means that things like partial nudity should be allowed, as long as there is no graphic depictions of sex. Partial nudity to what extent? Although I have just remembered that scene in GTA IV:TLAD, "full frontal nudity" it turned out to be a naked guy
