After having played about 10 hours of it upon buying it, I can vouch for what Zhukov is saying. Think of a really bad, long and drawn-out movie with cute characters in which you're required to press a button every now and again.

Its too much like watching a movie where you have to move the characters from scene to scene than a game for my tastes.

There are games for everyone. Some of them more interesting for Person X than Person Y and vice versa.

And some you enjoy more when you're 14 and will later realise they actually sucked.

Grand Theft Auto, when fourteen and younger, it is the best thing since sliced bread. When you get a bit older, you start to notice the gaping maws in the development causing countless glitches and the repetitive characters subtracting from the overall experience of playing the game.

I thought that was my problem with the new Final Fantasy games. Then, after replaying FF6 and FF7, I realised the new ones were actually just shitter, it wasn't that I'd grown up.
