4 days ago i visited http://www.wolfire.com/humble, there is cool news (position top) maybe it's use script or css? but now http://www.wolfire.com/humble there isnt...how i can find script or java...?

i dont know what is name precise, it was a NEWS found top site, there were more news it's script or java .. i dont know what is name... it's break news, loop 3 sec move and stop.. it's CUTE but for now it's turn off...so i can see it again...

It's just a bar styled with CSS placed at the top of the page. If you want to create something like it, you'd probably be best off using Google and looking for some CSS tutorials. The tickers themselves could be created in any number of technologies -- Javascript, Flash, even plain HTML.
