If you have to ask, then you already know the answer.
I don't think anyone would pay based on that recording. It sounded like it was done with a poor mic, I couldn't understand all the words, and there was some crackling. If you are serious, get a better mic or learn to use the one you have better, go to a chorus or something to learn voice exercises, and practice.

I think that instead of copying other voices, you should make up voices of your own.
That is a good foundation to start out a "career" as a voice actor.
A tip is to go to Google Images or DeviantART or whatever and find Characters. Make up a personality for that character and try to find out what their voice could sound like. Create scenarios where your character could be placed in and make up sentences your character might be saying in that sort of situation. By then, you are Voice Acting, and if you're good at that, I bet people would actually pay for your services.
Voice acting is not about mimicking voices you've already heard, but granted, it might be a good way to extend your vocal limits.
And yes, you should probably get a better microphone that doesn't make so much noice in the background. Try to never touch the mic, and avoid at all costs to breath directly at it. To be behind the mic or diagonal to it is often a better choice.
I will suggest a portable mic that you can carry with you. It's actually a guitar amp-recorder, but the mic it carries is splendid. It's called a "Line 6 Backtrack + Mic", and I'm actually using it myself whenever I do voice acting.
With that, cheerio, and good luck.

Some of the commentators noted that it doesn't work on Windows XP. I don't know anything about sound stuff, but when buying hardware, you should never rely on just the 4 and 5 star reviews.

Blue microphones are awesome! I would recommend one. In fact, I believe I recommended that particular microphone to Aubrey, and he has been enjoying it.
