No, that is Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman. The final boss fight seems to be 8-bit.

That looks like a level I played on one of the earlier Red Faction games, but you guys know a lot of games I've never even heard of so you will probably kick my ass for getting it wrong...

it does look like red faction probably red faction 2.
this might be fairly easy, but no one has to guess it if I'm wrong of course.

I would assume that's something of the Mechwarrior series, I'm not sure though.
