Cool. I'm from Ireland, so that's how I was introduced to music like Planxty. My friend introduced me to them. Kind of strange thing to like, being that we're still 15.
I thought it was Bobby Sands. Isn't he the guy who died on the hunger strike?
I thought it was spelled Wolfe Tones.
Also, my dad loves Mary Black. He plays her tape every day in the car on the way to school.

not true. Slipknot just sucks in general, and I happen to like pretty much every thing (with the exception of country and gospel). I don't really care much for rap, except to piss people off (though many of eminem's songs have VERY interesting lyrics—check out Mosh)Nuky wrote: whoever say I got bad taste in music says that everything except pop sucks. Mosh? Damn straight. I was an admin at Lyrictracker for a while, when the song was submitted I checked it out on the iTMS -- not a very good tune, but awesome lyrics. Lose Yourself is pretty good, but from what little else I've heard of Eminem, bleh.Nayr wrote:not true. At the moment, though, Cromlech Court from Blast Corps is where I'm at

Eminems has good songs? Since when?Renegade_Turner wrote:Those are certainly not Eminem's best lyrical creations. And also, Slipknot does seem like a bunch of particularly untalented musicians.
If I want to listin to music I don't want to hear a person who can't even sing or play a instrument. At least the members in slipknot can play instruments. If I want to listin to fake music for a good laugh I will play Eminem, if I want to listin to some real music I will play some Korn or Franz Ferdinand.
