So I downloaded the torrent and I've been trying to run the application file but it keeps coming up with various errors. The one I am now stuck on is:
Retargeter file "Data/Animations/retarget.xml" did not load correctly.
Does anyone know what I should do to get past this?

You could download the file and replace the one you have. Maybe it's corrupted or something. This should help.
